1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from ACLEAN Exterior Cleaning ("ACLEAN," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not proceed with our services.

 

2. Services

 

ACLEAN provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

• Window cleaning (interior & exterior)

• Gutter cleaning

• Pressure washing

• Soft washing (house, roof, siding)

• Surface cleaning (driveways, patios, etc.)

The exact scope of work will be outlined in your estimate or invoice.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or stop services if conditions are unsafe, unsuitable, or outside the agreed scope.

 

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

• Appointments can be scheduled via phone, text, email, or online.

• We require minimum 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee (up to $100 or 10% of the job total).

If weather or external factors affect the job, we may reschedule at no penalty.

 

4. Property Access & Job Conditions

 

Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

This includes:

• Unlocking gates

• Securing pets

• Clearing obstacles

If access is not available upon arrival, the job may be treated as a late cancellation.

ACLEAN reserves the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe (e.g., aggressive animals, unstable surfaces, electrical hazards).

 

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept: cash, e-transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

• Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur late fees.

• Accounts sent to collections will include all additional recovery costs and fees.

 

6. Recurring Service Plans (If Applicable)

 

Customers enrolled in a maintenance or service plan agree to:

• Automatic scheduling based on selected frequency (biannual, annual, etc.)

• Locked-in or preferred pricing while active

• Priority scheduling during peak seasons

Plans may be canceled with 30 days notice unless otherwise stated.

 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you're not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will return and address the issue at no additional charge.

We do not offer refunds for completed services unless deemed necessary at our discretion.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

ACLEAN will take all reasonable care, however we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage (scratches, broken seals, damaged screens, oxidation, etc.)

• Damage due to aged, brittle, or improperly installed materials

• Water intrusion from faulty seals, frames, or construction

• Landscaping damage caused by pre-existing plant sensitivity to cleaning solutions

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

 

9. Soft Washing & Chemical Use

 

Customer acknowledges that soft washing involves the use of cleaning solutions (including sodium hypochlorite).

While we take precautions:

• Some plant sensitivity or minor discoloration may occur

• Pre-existing staining (rust, oxidation, artillery fungus, etc.) may not be removable

ACLEAN is not responsible for conditions beyond our control.

 

10. Insurance

 

ACLEAN carries general liability insurance.

Proof of insurance is available upon request.

 

11. SMS & Communication Consent

 

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive:

• Appointment reminders

• Service updates

• Occasional promotions

Message/data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time.

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of BC courts.1

 

13. Modifications

 

ACLEAN may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services means you accept the updated terms.
